Due to limited storage facilities, your group must notify Snowbird and receive approval at least 30 days before incoming shipment and storage needs. Snowbird reserves the right to refuse any shipped goods unless prior arrangements are approved. Snowbird provides complimentary reception and storage for up to 10 incoming single parcels designated as your registration materials. In excess of 10 parcels, a handling fee of $10.00 per box and $50.00 per pallet or oversized parcel with be charged to the master account. Shipments may not arrive any earlier than 5 days before the event. Please download Snowbird's mailing address labels to attach to your parcels and use their tools and resources page for any other needs you might have.

Conference materials shipped to Snowbird will be stored by the Bell Staff and must be labelled as follows for proper delivery:

At the conclusion of the event, you are responsible for packing, labeling, and shipping all outgoing materials. Snowbird assumes no responsibility for the storage or mailing of outgoing materials left behind. LOSS OR DAMAGE: Snowbird is not responsible for any loss or damage, no matter how caused, to any samples, displays, properties, or personal effects brought into Snowbird, and/or for the loss of any equipment or other materials left in meeting rooms.
